During my junior year at Ithaca College, I worked with Iron Design, a creative design agency (Ithaca, NY) to be the Social Media Manager & Content Creator for their client, Happy Jack's Maple, a NY-based maple company. I created graphics, videos and photo content, and wrote copy for Happy Jack’s Maple’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. I increased client social media engagement rate by 105% and click-through rate by 650%.
